Storage units starring…

We never thought our storage units would come in handy to film a TV show! There’s a good chance that most people are familiar with the show Hawaii Five-O given its popularity in the islands. Well, they’ll be shooting an episode using one of our storage units here at Dillingham! They started shooting this week.

It just so happens that one of our outside 24-hour access drive up units was recently vacated and Hawaii Five-O stopped by that same week! Luckily we were able to provide this storage unit for them to film! We’ve been holding off on calling prospective tenants on our waiting list for that unit until filming is complete. There’s also a chance that the casting crew might even use some of our own staff in this episode, which is even more exciting!

This isn’t our first time that we’ve been in Hawaii Five-O. Back in ‘09 our facilities were used in another episode for the show as well. That scene was also filmed with one of our outside drive-up units. Hawaii Five-O just really loves our drive up storage units!
