Storage Units as Office Spaces

Some of our tenants have found convenience in turning their storage units with us into office spaces.  It can be really nice for some business owners to keep their inventory close to their office.

Remy and Jace have been tenants with us since 2014.  They are the events coordinator and promoters for Wonderland.  Throughout the year they’ll hold big concerts like Digital Wonderland, Winter Wonderland, Summer Wonderland, Haunted Wonderland and others.  They’re really big events that attracts hundreds of people from across the island. The concerts, also known as raves are highly publicized and well known events.  

 

They’ve got four storage units with us to host their equipment and supplies.  They’ve turned two of these units into office spaces because it’s convenient for them.

We offer multiple services to our tenants, like printing and storage vans.  Not all storage units utilize them, but Remy and Jace definitely do. They’re one of the few that use all of our services.  In addition to their storage units, we print all of their flyers, posters, signs, waivers and any other documents for their events.  They also use our Dilly Rentals, which they book throughout the year. They’re pretty organized and book them at the beginning of the year when they know what their schedule is.  We also accept packages for them as part of our mail service.
