Storage Tenants – New and Old!

We love our long time storage tenants – especially those that come back after not seeing us for a while. We always hear from these tenants that our team truly has the best customer service and aloha spirit – and that’s what keeps them coming back for more. 

The Return of Old Tenants

Jack is one of our long time tenants. Jack initially had two large storage units with us back in 2016. He moved out because he was able to get into a warehouse space and has been there for a long time. He recently stopped by to see if we had any available units. He was interested in getting the sizes he originally had in 2016. Jack mentioned that he didn’t even look into renting with other storage facilities because we have so much aloha here at Dillingham! He immediately signed up for two available units – even though they were not in his preferred sizes. Jack said the customer service here was such high quality that he remembered it all the way from 2016. We are so glad to have him back – and so happy that he remembered us. We always strive to provide the best customer service to all of our storage tenants – both new and old!  

We also offer other services on property, like print services and van rentals.
