Our self storage facility always prioritizes safety and security. We invest in a 24 hour security surveillance system, along with a security guard overnight and other measures – like a locked gate.

We also make it a priority to have open and transparent communication with our tenants and prospective tenants. We want the process to be as simple as possible. We had a recent newcomer to our storage ohana, Kaui, who called asking us about our facility. She was at another storage facility at the time but was not happy with the location or the service. Safety and security were here main priorities – just like us!

We gave her our available sizes and rates over the phone and she visited us within the next hour to tour them! Kaui actually signed up for a unit that same day while on her lunch break at work! I was a busy day for Kaui. We are happy that she is storing with us now, and so is she! We love welcoming new people to our facility and reassuring them that their belongings are safe with us. Welcome, Kaui!
