Brad with Jebsco Mechanical, Inc. is one of our new tenants leasing our drive-up units outside. Brad’s business does heating and air conditioning contracting and has been very helpful with our own AC units. We’ve had numerous problems with our AC and Brad has fixed so many issues we’ve been struggling with. He’s even done work for us on a Sunday and is very prompt and quick to fix something we report.

Dillingham Self Storage is conveniently located between home and most of Brad’s jobs so he’s very excited to have a new drive-up unit. He’s been waiting for one to become available and we were so excited to call him and let him know the exciting news! Prior to having us, Brad stored things at home or at his employees’ homes. He’s really happy about having all of his supplies near one of his biggest customers, Home Depot.
