Dillingham Self Storage Waives Late Fees

Dillingham Self Storage is waiving all late fees at this time and also delaying all legal auctions. Auctions are typically held in the case of continued non-payment from a tenant. These are extremely tough times and we understand that many people are unemployed due to the recent statewide shutdown. We are still obligated to send out notices to tenants in the case of non-payment but we have also communicated to these tenants that their late fees are being waived at this time. However, we ask our tenants to communicate their personal situations with us in the case of non-payment. Although the late fees are waived, we need an open line of communication as for the reason of non-payment.

We are so lucky as a business to still be up and running and are grateful for everyone’s support during these unprecedented times. Dillingham Self Storage along with thousands of other local small businesses are living through an unstable time. Although the recent shutdown was lifted, we are still in a “tier” system and are always grateful for each day that we can remain open.
