Dillingham Self Storage has policies in place for tenants who fail to make payments for a very long time. In addition to ending the lease, we are forced to auction the remaining items in the storage unit. We have not had to hold an auction in over a year! 

Dillingham Self Storage Holds Auctions

We recognize that many people have had a hard time in the last year due to the pandemic and job loss. As a result, we encourage tenants to reach out to us so we can work something out. We have been working with a number of tenants in getting their belongings back to them after their lease has ended. Although we hate to hold auctions, we are in high demand for storage units right now. It’s our goal to clear out as much space as possible at Dillingham Self Storage. 

 

The upcoming auctions are for units that have not paid or made any contact with us since before March 2020. It has been over a year since we have heard from some of these tenants. We encourage our tenants to reach out to us if they are struggling with payments. We want to avoid an auction as much as possible but at the same time we need storage space!
