Dillingham Self Storage loves engaging in charity work. We recently partnered up with Rayden, a local who leads small initiatives for youths in underprivileged areas. His goal is to set up events and tournaments geared toward their interests in hopes of keeping them busy, engaged and off the streets. We love what he’s doing and wanted to join.

Many businesses are struggling during the pandemic and are not able to partner with him to help at-risk youth. We got in touch with him to see what we could do to help. We are so proud of the work that he does. We made a recent donation of school supplies for the kids that he works with. He helped in distributing these supplies so they could be more successful in school. Dillingham Self Storage loves supporting initiatives like these and we hope to do more in the future. Rayden is on Instagram as @1rayden. We encourage others to promote charity initiatives and even donate to some! Especially in the last year during the pandemic, the youth of Hawaii could benefit from support and donations.

Dillingham Self Storage hires Virtues Plumbing LLC for all of its plumbing and maintenance needs. We love hiring our own tenants to help keep our business running!

We have been searching for a plumber to keep up with all of our storage plumbing needs. Coincidentally, one of our tenants recently started a plumbing business. Ben has been a tenant of ours for a long time. We were so happy to hear about his new business venture and were eager to support. As soon as we heard of the news, we had him look at a few maintenance tasks right away. Ben was able to get our work done the same day! We were elated. His prices are reasonable and he delivers quality work. We now have Ben booked for monthly maintenance for our facility in the future. This is not the first time we’ve hired the services of our tenants. We love hosting small businesses and engaging with their products and services.

Dillingham Self Storage for New Tenants

Dillingham Self Storage has earned a reputation over the last 10+ years that we’ve been serving customers. We prioritize customer service and maintaining a clean, safe and secure facility. Our community of tenants prioritizes these same things, too. 

 

Bart came in for a tour of our facility. We gave him a few options of currently available units. He left without signing a lease to tour another storage facility. Bart and his wife returned a few days later to see if the original unit he was interested in was still available. We were happy to say that yes, indeed that unit was still available! He signed a lease immediately.

We learned that he toured another storage facility after initially seeing ours. He realized that we had a better facility to offer and came right back to us after seeing that alternative. Right after he left that parking lot, he drove straight to us! Here at Dillingham Self Storage, we are proud of our reputation. We’re happy to share these kind of new customer stories.
