We prioritize customer service with all of our storage unit tenants. Our goal is to provide high quality customer interactions and a clean facility for every tenant. We know how important it is to have positive experiences with our tenants. 

Cleanest Storage Unit

Daniel was touring a storage unit with us. He was hesitant to commit and said he’d let us know of his decision later on. Daniel came back the very next day and signed a lease with us! Apparently after touring with us, he visited 6 other facilities right after. He was unimpressed. Other facilities were too dirty and one even had multiple rat traps out in the open. One facility had terrible customer service and was unable to answer all of Daniel’s questions. He reported that we were the only one out of seven facilities that could answer his questions. We also had the cleanest facility overall and best kept storage units. We got Daniel all setup in our system. We learned about him and all about his life, now we feel like we’ve known him forever! We’re happy to have a new member of our Dillingham ohana.

We have many business customers at Dillingham Self Storage. Some of our commercial tenants utilize storage units for holding inventory. Others use it to store large machinery. Many business clients have drive-up units that offer more versatility. Some of our business customers have customized their units to fit their needs in unique ways.

Kory’s employer utilized Dillingham Self Storage. We saw Kory all the time until he left his employer. Now his new company is searching for a storage unit. He gave us a call and we were able to get him into a unit here as soon as possible. Kory was thrilled to be back. We were happy to hear that he had a great experience with us and recommended us to his new employer. He mentioned that his new employer was looking for storage venues that he wasn’t really a fan of, and that’s when he remembered us!
