My name is John Baraquio, and I own Able Pest Control, based in Honolulu. I currently rent an outside bay at Dillingham Boulevard Self-Storage. When I first considered running my business out of a self-storage facility, I honestly didn't think the concept would work. But after talking to the staff about the other business that are based at Dilingham Boulevard Self-Storage in Honolulu, and speaking with the owners of those businesses, it seemed worth a shot.
Now that I have been renting my mini-storage unit at Dilingham Boulevard Self Storage for several months, I am very happy that I made the move. Its downtown Honolulu location is ideal, being central to worksites. I am a sound, stage and lights company, and the Hawaii self-storage facility allows me to 1) secure my equipment in a totally secured building with 24-hour video security, 2) have 24-hour access to my equipment, 3) easily load and unload with plenty of parking, and 4) save a lot of money on rent, especially compared to what warehouse spaces cost around town.
I strongly recommend Dilingham Boulevard Self Storage to other small businesses in Honolulu, Hawaii that are looking to downsize, and tighten their belts during these rough economic seas.
